Digital Product Policy

PCS Ready Kit and other identified Parcj Enterprises digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

Downloads

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and saving their purchased files after delivery. Download access may be limited to help protect the product from unauthorized distribution.

License

Unless a product listing states otherwise, digital purchases are licensed for the purchaser's personal or household use only. Files may not be resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, shared outside the purchaser's household, or represented as the purchaser's own work.

Refunds and problems

Because digital products can be accessed immediately after delivery, requests involving digital purchases will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law. If a file is corrupted, missing, duplicated, or inaccessible because of a delivery problem, contact Parcj Enterprises so the issue can be investigated and corrected.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
